Enter your bank account information once and only once — the 9-digit routing number, account number and account name on one of your checks. You can use electronic checks for single or recurring payments (see AutoPay) and the banks handle them like paper checks. And there’s no limit on the transaction.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover, and VISA and MasterCard debit cards. There is a $500 per transaction limit. If your water is about to be turned off, call Customer Service at 619.466.0585 and provide the confirmation number from the transaction.

SET UP AUTOPAY

Schedule future water bill payments or have us debit your checking or savings account the day your payment’s due (or up to 3 days prior for some banks). You’ll receive your water bill just like you do now. When you sign up for AutoPay, continue paying your bills until you receive a bill stub that says “AUTOPAY-DO NOT PAY”.

We accept payments from banks’ online payment services. But ask your bank how they handle these transactions. Some still mail paper checks, which can delay your payment up to a week. Avoid this method of payment if your account is near due or near shut-off.
Offline Payment Options
We accept personal, cashier’s and traveler’s checks, credit and debit cards, money orders and cash payment.
