If you want to change or improve your landscape, get started by attending the Water Conservation Garden’s Fall Plant Sale this weekend. Our friends at the Water Conservation Garden are hosting their annual Fall Plant Sale on Saturday, November 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This outdoor event will feature numerous plant, art, jewelry and garden vendors – which all make terrific holiday gifts. Visitors can expect to see many beautiful and water-efficient plants for sale like proteas, plumerias, Joshua Trees, succulents, garden plants, rare plants, fruit plants and many more!

Visitors will also be able to participate in numerous tours and demonstrations of water-saving practices like water harvesting, hillside planting and sustainable landscaping. There is also a free street tree giveaway thanks to the Garden’s partnership with SDG&E. To receive a free street tree, visitors need to attend one of two tree planting demonstrations, which start at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and $4 for children. Admission is free for Garden members and children under two years old. Visitors who preregister and attend select free tours, or sign up for a landscape design consultation, will also receive free admission to Saturday’s event.

Helix Water District staff will be there with free giveaways and to answer questions and provide rebate information. We look forward to seeing you.
