Mulch Rebate

Customers of Helix Water District are now eligible for a rebate of $25 per cubic yard, up to $100, for the purchase and installation of plant-based mulch!

Why you should use mulch:

Landscapes thrive with mulch and it helps make your plants more water efficient. Using mulch in your landscape helps your soil retain water, reduce evaporation and damage from the sun. Mulch can also reduce erosion, add nutrients to your soil, prevent weeds and create a clean tidy appearance.
